- 150 grams of yogurt or thick yogurt (1/2 cup + 1-2 tablespoons)
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- 2 tablespoons mustard oil 30 ml, or use optional oil
- 2 teaspoons coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon chat masala
- 1 teaspoon kashamiri red chili powder
- 3/4 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/4 teaspoon red-chili powder or adjust to taste
- 1 teaspoon kashuri mete crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
- 1 lemon juice we
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoons chopped mint
- 300 grams grids cut into large cubes, around 2 cups for collecting cubes paneer
- 1 large onion take 1 cubic inch
- 1 large pepper taken 1 cubes inch, I used to mix red and green peppers
How to MakeĀ
Step 1- Rinse the yoghurt in a large bowl until smooth. I use greasy yogurt here, you can use regular yogurt just make sure you strain it for several hours until you have hot yogurt and use it in the recipe.
Step 2- Add marinade ingredients to yogurt ginger paste oil, mustard oil, coriander powder, chat masala, kashmiri red-chili powder, garam masala, red-chili powder, kasuri methi & salt.
Step 3- Beat to put it all together.
Step 4- Add 1 lemon juice and chopped cilantro and mint. Mix well.
Step 5- Add the paneer cubes, onions and peppers.
Step 6- Mix until all pieces of paneer and vegetables are thoroughly mixed with the marinade. Cover the container & refrigerator for at least 1 hour or up to 4 hours. Night even works!
Step 7- After 1-2 hours, remove the seaweed and vegetables from the refrigerator. Take a skewer & arrange the paneer, onion & pepper on the , alternating.
Make all the skewers evenly. At present the preheated oven shall be at 450 degrees F. Be sure to preheat the oven before 15-20 minutes.
